Sprint design: give shape to your new services
& validate your hypotheses
You've drawn up the strategic outline for your service and now you need to give it shape: a concrete appearance?
Do you need to unite your teams around a common creative base and push them to create something that will get them out of their state of indecision? Do you need to understand how the offering will be perceived by users? And manage the potential risks of disenchantment and rejection? Do you need to refine your service so that it is useful and usable?
Design sprints are for you.
How we take you from hypothesis to proof
1Strategy first
A sprint design without prior strategic vision produces pretty but hollow mockups. Before giving shape to anything, we start from what has been understood — the users, the terrain, the constraints, the hypotheses to validate. The sprint is the natural extension of strategy, not its substitute.
2Giving shape to ideas
Prototypes, wireframes, graphic mockups — we give concrete and credible form to strategic hypotheses so they can be tested in conditions close to reality. A well-designed and well-illustrated user journey & prototype is the prerequisite of a valid test.
3Validating with real users
Hypotheses are put to the test in the field — user testing, adjustments, iterations. What holds, we keep. What doesn't, we fix before committing resources. That is what validating before playing means.

Our differentiators

No cooking recipe
Strategic capacity & vision
The majority of agencies that practise sprint design have read the same method book and apply it literally like a recipe that should result in a magical product in less than a week. The reality is quite different: the recipe is not enough. A successful design sprint often requires prior research and a strategic vision.

Stronger creativity techniques
Overcoming obstacles
Creativity doesn't just happen. Most of the time, teams stall for reasons of stress, creativity or politics. To bring a design sprint to a successful conclusion, you need to know how to unblock the participants and help them use their powers of imagination.

Breath in your product
Culture!
To avoid producing flat products in boring shops, you have to be useful, usable and experiential, of course... but beyond these clichés, you have to convey a cultural vision, an idea, a meaning. A product is not a recipe with a thousand recipes.

Strong graphic skills
Otherwise it's all down the drain
Without talented graphic designers and developers, all the hard work of strategy and creation can quickly fall by the wayside simply because the graphic style is ugly, because the integration work is poorly done or because the technological constraints have not been properly anticipated.
